He didn’t have much experience in the field, so he thought he’d try out his passion of entrepreneurship.
At the time, the only way to hire a new employee was to apply for a job through a company.
He was a bit disappointed to learn that most companies would only hire people with experience in their industry.
Wallace’s idea was to build a new recruiting tool that could connect people with jobs that were still open, or people that were already available for a new position.
He pitched it as a way to create a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill a job vacancy in a specific company.
In the years that followed, he would make millions of dollars as a successful venture capitalist.
At some point in the future, Wallac will be able to hire his own employees.
This will be possible because of a new tool called Resume Builder.
The tool is essentially a tool for finding people in a field who are interested in your company.
It’s designed to be as efficient as possible, but it also has some unique features, such as being able to automatically apply for an internship if you have a high school diploma or a college degree.
Wallac says that ResumeBuilder is not a substitute for a hiring process, but he believes that by using it to connect potential employees with positions that are open, he will have more success in the long term.
“Theres a whole ecosystem of recruiting tools out there, but theres a very large gap between what people think about how to do it and how they actually do it,” Wallace said.
“You know, there’s a whole industry of hiring tools out right now, but its like nobody has done it.”
When you have to use the tools to find people, you dont want to use them to go into a company and say, ‘Hey, look, were going to be hiring.’
Because then youre basically going into a room full of people who dont want you.
“You want to find out, ‘Okay, well, what can we do to help you get through this and get hired?
How do we get to where we want to go?’
And you know, it gets really, really complicated and it gets pretty difficult to do.”
Wallace has a few big plans for the company, including expanding into other industries and making sure that Resumep can scale up to support more employees in the coming years.
