On the cover of a new book titled “The Passion of an Entrepreneur”, a woman with a large smile is pictured with the words “You can’t help but like me when I am happy” written on her cheek.
The woman, named Nona, is a college student and entrepreneur who founded the online bookstore The Passion of Entrepreneurs (TPE), in the hopes of raising awareness for a cause she believed in.TPE is now the second bestselling e-book on Amazon after the bestselling book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” by Paula White.
The author of “The Story of The Passion”, Nona has worked in the education sector and founded the education startup The Passion Project.
Nona said: “When I started The Passion project, I thought I was just doing it for fun and now I have become a mentor to so many young people.”
“I have always loved learning and writing, so when I was thinking about my passion project, my mind turned to education.
I realised I would love to be a mentor for more young people and I was inspired by the book.”
It is my dream to see people become more educated and start their own businesses and to help them reach their dreams.
“The Passion Project is a three-year, $1 million-a-year programme for university graduates who want to get into the business world.”
When I first started my passion I was a total unknown, but it has been amazing to see the support from my family, friends and co-workers,” said Nona.”
I am now so much happier and have so much more fun than I did before I started this project.
“There are so many ways to get money out of your passion and the book is perfect for anyone who wants to start their next business.”
The book, published by HarperCollins and published in Ireland, has sold over 6,000 copies and will be available in Irish and English editions.
The book is based on Nona’s own journey as an entrepreneur who launched the online retail shop in 2016 and has since sold out her own store.
“In 2017 I started a business called The Passion Of Entrepreneurs and since then I have built a loyal following of thousands of students in Ireland and around the world who have used my book as a learning resource,” Nona said.
“This has given me a much-needed outlet to speak about business, passion and entrepreneurship, and I am thrilled to be able to share my story with readers.”
