Next Big Futures, a digital angel investor network, has launched its new Angel Investors Network.
The network aims to bring angel investors into the real world to connect with their angel investors.
“With Angel Investors we want to build a network of people that can help investors find angel investors,” said CEO Andrew Stahl.
“We also want to get them started in the angel investing process, so they can find a good angel investor in their community and find a mentor.
We want to help people get into the angel investment process without having to invest in a VC.
We have been around for a long time, so we know what the community is looking for.”
The Angel Investors network has launched with over a dozen partners in over 50 cities, and it will roll out over the next two years.
With over 2,000 angels, Angel Investors can help Angel investors find Angel investors in their communities, as well as meet with angels and other angel investors to talk about angel investing and its many facets.
“Angel investors have been looking for a way to help their angel investing,” said founder Andrew Stalhl.
“This new network is designed to help them find and connect with these angel investors, which is a great way to get started and meet them face to face.”
The network has more than 100 members and is actively recruiting new partners.
“The Angel Investors are like your old-fashioned angels.
They’re looking for the same kind of people to help with their investment,” said Stalahl.
The Angel Investor Network is a free app for the iPhone and Android.
The app is built for angel investors that want to connect to their angels.
“For us it’s all about finding the right people.
We’re looking at the people that you have a lot of experience with and who are willing to do their part to make your angel investing experience even better,” said Ryan Hahn, CEO of Next Big.
Next Big hopes that the Angel Investors will help connect Angel investors to angels in their local community.
“If you’re looking to start your own angel investing business, you’re going to want to talk to your local angel investor,” said Hahn.
“That’s a great opportunity to get to know them, learn about them, and connect them to you and get the help you need to grow your angel investor business.”
Next Big has raised $7 million in Series A funding.
It is a spin-off from the venture capital firm Startups Inc. and the angel investor-backed accelerator Circle Ventures.
Angel investors are a large part of the startup scene, and Next Big is focused on building the network for angel investing.
“To help Angel Investors get started in angel investing, we have built the Angel Investor Networks app for iPhone and android,” said Jason E. Leopold, founder of Startups.
“These are people that have already invested in your business, and now they’re going out and connecting you with angels.”
